Tim combines a long career in financial services with legal training as a barrister. He advises FCA-regulated firms on complaints, claims and commercial issues, with a focus on consumer litigation and Financial Ombudsman Service investigations. Tim has more than 30 years’ industry experience, including senior management roles on private and public boards.
Education: St Mary’s University BSc (Hons); University of Glamorgan CPE; Cardiff University BVC.
Memberships: Gray’s Inn; Financial Services Lawyers Association; Association of Professional Compliance Consultants; Chartered Insurance Institute; Association of Governance Risk & Compliance; Consumer Duty Alliance.
