Jacek is a litigation executive with a wealth of experience in this area, with a particular focus on credit hire litigation. He specialises in claimant and defendant credit hire matters, representing leading insurers, haulage companies and credit hire organisations.
Expertise: Credit hire and repair claims, diminution in vehicle value, personal injury and casualty claims, fraud defence, recoveries, contractual disputes, debt claims, costs, claims against the Motor Insurers’ Bureau.
Education: Masters in Law and BSc in Aviation Operations.
