Esme is a partner with more than 25 years’ experience in residential conveyancing and bridging finance. She began her career as a legal secretary before qualifying as a solicitor, steadily building a loyal investor following and long-term working relationships with bridging companies. Esme has specialist expertise in investment purchases, bridging finance, auction transactions and even Sharia law mortgages.
Formerly head of department, she later established her own legal consultancy, enabling her to focus closely on client needs and deliver within the tight deadlines investors demand. Esme joined the legal profession in 1996 after completing a tour of duty with HM Forces.
