On 2nd February 2026, Potter, Owtram and Peck LLP successfully merged with RLL Legal Limited, a national firm but with a local presence. This is an exciting time for the future of the firm and indeed our clients.

What this means for you

The same legal team currently acting for you at Potter Owtram and Peck will continue to deal with your matter as part of RLL Legal Limited, ensuring continuity and familiarity with your case.
The firm will retain their offices at 42 West Street, and continue to operate as normal from these premises, except the firm will now be part of RLL Legal Limited.
There will be no interruption to the progress of your matter.
The firm will be able to offer a wider range of legal services than it could previously.

Wills

Following the merger, Right Legal Group (RLG), has been appointed to take care of the Wills previously held by Potter Owtram & Peck. RLG is a national, regulated law firm specialising in Wills, Trusts and Estates, with 14 locations across the UK. With extensive experience managing Will Banks, RLG has a dedicated team in place to support a smooth transition for clients.

Over the coming months, RLG will be contacting clients to explain the changes, confirm where their Will is now held, and offer an optional appointment either in person or online.
