Faizal is a UK-qualified Commercial and Technology Lawyer with over 8 years’ experience across private practice and in-house roles, including within a PE-backed SaaS and technology business. He advises a broad range of clients, from SMEs to larger organisations, on general commercial, corporate and technology matters, and is known for delivering pragmatic, commercially focused legal advice.

Faizal specialises in drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements, including supply of goods and services contracts, standard terms and conditions, supplier and customer agreements, as well as more complex SaaS, managed services and software licensing arrangements. He also advises on corporate and transactional matters, including joint ventures, shareholder arrangements and wider commercial structuring.

Faizal has particular expertise in regulated and public sector environments, advising on procurement, framework-based contracting (including CCS), tender processes and flow-down contractual obligations.
